Pamper Days Information
Pamper days are a real treat for anyone who enjoys true relaxation! What better way to unwind and de-stress than with a soothing massage?
Ideal for experiencing alone if “me” time is on the agenda, with a partner for some quality time together or as a group with friends for a great day out. Hen parties and the bride (or groom) to-be often indulge in some pampering in preparation for the big day!
For those men reading, special pamper days are designed for men to also be able to enjoy this relaxing experience too so don’t be put off without at least reading more!
What can I expect from a Pamper Day?
All spas offer slightly different packages but generally if opting for a full day, the package will include selected treatments, use of facilites such as gym, swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi plus lunch from a special “spa-day” menu. Also, many spas are located in beautiful grounds with gardens so time can be set aside just to go for a walk and take in the surroundings.
When you arrive, you will usually be met by a member from the Spa team who will give you a brief tour and provide you with towels and a gown for the day. They may run through things such as health and safety and your schedule for the day and most likely take a pre-booking for your lunch! Some offer welcome drinks but this should be detailed on their Spa-day menu at the time of booking.

Are all pamper days for 1 day?
Many pamper days generally are a full day with a menu of treatments specifically designed to give you a good choice and make sure every part of your body has been given some special care and attention! For example, there may be a choice of a neck and shoulder massage or a full body massage, a manicure or a pedicure and a deep cleansing facial or an exfoliating facial. A lot of the menus are flexible as well as long as they fit in with the time slots needed for each treatment.
Depending on your budget and time committments, there will be options available to just select 1 or 2 treatments if you only wanted to do half a day and at the time of booking they can schedule your treatments to suit your needs and requirements.
Longer breaks can also be arranged and these generally also include accomodation in the price.
